Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore included in this latest image disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
